Transcript Requests

Current Students

Please pick up a Transcript Request Form from the Upper School Main Office or email registrar@quarrylane.org.

Graduating Seniors

Your final transcripts will be automatically sent to the college you are attending after the end of the 2^nd semester. Make sure you submit the Final Transcript Form prior to graduation.

Alumni/Summer Academy Students

To request official and/or unofficial transcripts, please place a transcript order request through Parchment. Transcripts can also be sent electronically to colleges through Parchment.
