QLS Student Selected for Artwork Publication
QLS IB Art student, Suki Wang, recently learned that her art piece, "Case of Freedom" has been accepted for publication in a national anthology from the national Celebrating Art Contest.

The Celebrating Art Contest is a nationwide contest held three times a year,

"This piece focus on the problem of sexual harassment. Women are always being brothers by clothing. People think that clothing can indicate consent to sexual harassment. In the drawing, I drew a girl that represents myself with lace dress hold a fan indicates saying goodbye to those ideas that people infer intent and attitude of others based on their clothes in sexual harassment. Those three birds being wrapped by the red lace represent the hardship when girls are trying to fight for their freedom." Suki Wang, 11th
