The Quarry Lane School
The Quarry Lane School, a private, secular day school, provides an academically rigorous and supportive educational environment for students entering preschool through high school. Our ethnically diverse student body consists of 1,400 students at our four campuses. Students are guided by a highly qualified, professional and experienced staff of over 195 teachers. The Quarry Lane School's Dublin East (Lower, Middle and High School) Campus is accredited by WASC, NCPSA and NIPSA; the School's Dublin West and Pleasanton (Lower School and Preschool) Campuses are accredited by NCPSA and NIPSA.
As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, we have embraced the IB philosophy and curriculum along with the program standards and practices to provide students with a global education which emphasizes leadership, academics, and character development. This program provides students with the option to participate in an academically rigorous, globally-minded education.
Quarry Lane is comprised of four campuses: Pleasanton East (Preschool through Grade 1), Pleasanton West (Preschool), Dublin West (Preschool through Grade 1), and Dublin East (Grade 2 through Grade 12). The 13-acre, expansive Dublin (Grade 2-Grade 12) campus includes Lower and Upper School facilities, an Engineering & Technology Building, a full-scale gymnasium, athletic field and outdoor track, dining hall, lecture hall, and multipurpose building. Additional features of our Dublin East campus include state-of-the-art science laboratories, an Engineering and Fabrication Lab, two Lower School STEM Labs, two visual arts studios. A new development site will include a Performing Arts Center and additional parking.
The Quarry Lane School serves communities within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties in the greater San Francisco East Bay Area. These towns include Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Castro Valley, Fremont, Danville, Alamo, and others. The majority of students come from within a twenty mile radius of the school's location.
