Quarry Lane School junior, Rhea Mitr, was recognized by The City of Dublin as its 2018 Young Citizen of the Year. The Citizens of the Year awards were crowned on Wednesday, February 20, at the Volunteer Recognition Event held at the Shannon Community Center in Dublin.
