Christopher Hair and Laura Weber have been selected as finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program, an academic competition for students in grades 9 through 12.
Of the 1.5 million entrants the National Merit Scholarship Program receives each year, only 16,000 become finalists. Chris and Laura will now advance to the next round of competition where 8,200 students will receive Merit Scholarships worth $2,500 each.
