All grade levels Jr.k-5, following the MARE program, developed by the Lawrence Hall of Science, will transform their classrooms into individual habitats.
Students will create 3-D models of animals from their individual habitats, construct research reports, grades 3-5 will perform dissections and all students will make presentations to their classes as well as other classes on the specific environments that they are studying.
Habitats that will be studied are Rocky Seashore, Sandy Beaches, Ponds, Kelp Forrest, Open Oceans and the Wetlands.
STAY TUNED FOR PICTURES OF THE EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK!
